Your holiday is fast approaching....
A secure pre-authorization link (3-DSecure) including security deposit and tourist tax is sent to you 3 days before your arrival.
It's the equivalent of a credit card imprint requested at a hotel reception desk.
The security deposit allows us to secure our access and protect ourselves against possible damage, just like when you rent a car. It is refunded after your departure if no damage is found. On the other hand, charges will be deducted if you fail to comply with the rules and regulations of our apartments (partying and smoking are forbidden).
The deposit varies according to the category of apartment rented.
The tourist tax is deducted from the deposit to limit payment requests and make life easier for you. This tax is collected by My maison in Paris and paid in full to Paris City Hall.
ATTENTION: payment of the deposit and tourist tax is compulsory and triggers the dispatch of your digital key. Without this step, you will not be able to receive the instructions or access codes, thus depriving you of access to the apartment, even if it has been reserved and paid for.

Our keys are digital (except sentier). You can receive it by e-mail if you have paid the deposit.
We're almost there, you're arriving tomorrow!
Once the two check-in stages have been completed, you will receive instructions and a key to your apartment the day before your arrival (around 8pm Paris time).
Your access key is a QR code (except for Sentier ; code with digits).
You'll be able to access the building and your apartment in complete freedom.
